Dermal fillers are used to soften contour lines, folds, and wrinkles.  In the past the most popular dermal filler was known as Collagen.  Since 1994 the most commonly used dermal fillers are Hyaluronic Acid based; since HA based fillers are longer lasting and safer.  The solution is injected into the skin to add volume and create a more youthful appearance.  Dermal Fillers are an ideal solution for patients wanting to soften deep lines around the mouth and nose area, lip lines, enhance thin lips, create a more defined lip border and to lift the corners of the mouth.

Dermal fillers are widely used by physicians globally to treat lines and deep wrinkles.  extensive selection of products to treat fine lines, sculpt the lips and to add volume to specific areas of the face.  These products are a safe, effective and an affordable solution for facial augmentation.
The results from dermal filler treatments:
The lines and wrinkles are softened and the lips can be plumped up and given more definition. The degree of correction is dependent upon the patient’s wishes and the amount of product used.  Results are also dependent on a patient’s skin type and facial structure, their life style and their own perception.

The risks associated with dermal filler products:
Risks range from a small amount of patients suffering an allergic reaction to the filler to bruising of the treated area.  People with a history of cold sores may experience a recurrence after treatment, although this can be minimised by the use of antiviral medicines.  Fillers are a single use item, any partly used syringes are not stored for future use.
